Sicilian Lemon Muffin Frappe

Celebrate another trip around the sun with our Sicilian Lemon Muffin Frappe recipe! Smooth, sweet and wonderfully cakey, this has all the flavour you’re looking for in a drink that can be made in under a minute.

Ingredients

2 pumps (7.5ml) Simply Sicilian Lemon Syrup
2 scoops (50g) Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder
1 scoop (15g) Simply Biscuit Crumb
120ml Milk
Ice
Whipped cream
Simply Luxury White Chocolate Topping Sauce
Simply Biscuit Crumb (to garnish)
Simply Freeze Dried Lemon Slices

Method

Add milk, Sicilian lemon syrup, vanilla frappe powder and a scoop of biscuit crumb to a blender.
Add a cup of ice and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour blender contents into a cup and top with whipped cream.
Decorate with white chocolate topping sauce, biscuit crumb and freeze-dried lemon slices.
