Gingerbread Cookie Frappe

Create the perfect seasonal beverage with our Gingerbread Cookie Frappe recipe for something slightly different and totally tasty. It’s deliciously crumbly, sweet and smooth, and a fantastic way to twist up your iced drink staple.

Ingredients

2 pumps (15ml) Simply Gingerbread Syrup
1 pump (4ml) Simply Twist Cookie Syrup
2 scoops (50g) Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder
150ml milk
Ice
Whipped cream
Simply Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Topping Sauce
Simply Gingerbread Crumb

Method

Add the milk, gingerbread syrup, vanilla frappe powder and twist cookie syrup into a blender.
Add a cup of ice and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour the blender contents into your chosen glass and top with whipped cream.
Decorate with speculoos caramelised biscuit topping sauce and gingerbread crumb.
