If you already have an account, email your order to orders@boldfoods.com, along with your account number, delivery address and contact details and we'll get that processed for you.

We have a minimum order requirement of £250. If you are looking to order single units of products then you'll find most of our range on our Amazon UK store.
UK parcel orders placed before 13:30 Monday-Friday will be delivered on the next working day (excluding public holidays).
International orders and orders requiring pallet delivery have longer lead times, which may vary depending on the delivery location and order requirements. please contact us if you need a specific delivery date.

We expect our couriers to deliver on time and for your order to be correct. However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong and we want to rectify any issues as quickly as possible.
If there is a problem with your delivery or your order, we must be advised within 72 hours of delivery. Please send an email to hello@boldfoods.com, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 689 5128 and one of the team will help you.
